Teachers:
  *Must be an active  Terrebonne Parish Public School art, music, physical education, classroom teacher,
   guidance counselor, librarian, or speech therapist in grades Pre K-12.
Application:
  *Must complete the application below with direct answers to all of the questions.
           *Must be emailed to tfae@bellsouth.net by Friday, February 12, 2010.
Who can nominate a teacher?
Any colleague, student, parent or community member can nominate a teacher.  Parents or guardians of children 12 and under MUST submit comments of support for nomination to be valid.
